Rizal Hakim

Rizal leads the firm’s Surabaya office and handles commercial disputes, contract matters, and civil litigation before the district and commercial courts in East Java and beyond. He is also a registered BANI arbitrator and has been appointed in construction and distribution disputes.

In insolvency matters, Rizal acts for creditors and debtors in suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU) and bankruptcy proceedings, and is a registered curator and administrator. He emphasizes open communication among all parties so that restructuring can proceed in an orderly manner.
