Andika Pranata

Andika founded Adhikara & Partners in 2004 and leads the firm’s corporate and investment practice. He has advised on more than a hundred mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, many of them involving investors from Singapore, Japan, and China.

Before founding the firm, Andika practised at one of Jakarta’s largest corporate law firms. He speaks regularly on business-licensing reform and governance in family-owned companies.
