Kevin Wijaya

Kevin advises foreign investors on establishing and amending PT PMA companies, obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA, and structuring shareholdings and joint ventures. His Mandarin allows him to work directly with clients and partners from mainland China and Taiwan.

On employment matters, Kevin helps companies prepare employment contracts and internal work regulations and handle industrial relations disputes. Before joining the firm, he practiced in the corporate team of an international firm in Jakarta.
