Nadia handles property matters for foreign and local clients in Bali, from certificate verification and leasehold agreements to structuring villa ownership within the rules that apply. She works closely with the notaries and property agents the firm trusts.

Fluent in English and Japanese, she supports clients from several countries through negotiation and closing. She also assists Balinese families with land inheritance questions that involve customary (adat) law.
